In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Kind.

1. When the sky splits open.

2. And listens to its Lord — as it must.

3. And when the earth is stretched out.

4. And throws out everything inside it, becoming empty.

5. And listens to its Lord — as it must.

6. O human being, you are working hard toward your Lord, and you will surely meet Him.

7. Then whoever is given their record in their right hand.

8. Will have an easy judgment.

9. And will return happily to their family.

10. But whoever is given their record behind their back.

11. Will cry out for destruction.

12. And will enter a blazing fire.

13. They used to be happy among their family.

14. And thought they would never return to Allah.

15. But yes — their Lord was always watching them.

16. I swear by the glow of sunset.

17. And by the night and all it covers.

18. And by the moon when it becomes full.

19. You will surely move from stage to stage.

20. So why don't they believe?

21. And when the Quran is recited to them, why don't they bow down?

22. In fact, those who disbelieve keep rejecting the truth.

23. But Allah knows best what they hide inside.

24. So give them news of a painful punishment.

25. Except those who believe and do good deeds; for them is a reward that never ends.
