In the name of Allah, the Most Merciful, the Most Kind.

1. When the sun is wrapped up in darkness.

2. And when the stars fall, losing their light.

3. And when the mountains are moved away.

4. And when the camels, ready to give birth, are left alone.

5. And when wild animals are gathered together.

6. And when the seas burst into flames.

7. And when souls are joined with their deeds.

8. And when the baby girl buried alive is asked.

9. For what crime was she killed?

10. And when the records of deeds are opened wide.

11. And when the sky is stripped away.

12. And when Hellfire is set blazing fiercely.

13. And when Paradise is brought near.

14. Then each soul will clearly know what it has brought along.

15. I swear by the stars that hide away.

16. Those that move swiftly and disappear.

17. And by the night as it gently fades.

18. And by the morning as it softly breathes.

19. Truly, this is the word brought by a noble messenger.

20. Who has great strength, honored by the Lord of the Throne.

21. Obeyed there, and completely trustworthy.

22. And your companion is not crazy.

23. He certainly saw him on the clear horizon.

24. And he is not stingy about sharing the unseen.

25. And this is not the word of a rejected devil.

26. So where are you going?

27. This is only a reminder for all people.

28. For whoever among you wishes to follow the right path.

29. But you cannot wish it, unless Allah, the Lord of all worlds, wills it.
