In the name of Allah, the Most Kind, the Most Caring.

1. Praise the name of your Lord, the Most High.

2. He created everything and made it just right.

3. He planned everything, then guided it.

4. He brings out the pastures.

5. Then He makes it dry, dark stubble.

6. We will make you read, and you won't forget.

7. Except what Allah wills. He knows what is said out loud, and what is hidden.

8. And We will make things easy for you.

9. So remind people, if reminding helps.

10. Whoever fears will remember.

11. But the most miserable will avoid it.

12. He will enter the biggest Fire.

13. There, he will neither die nor live.

14. Successful is whoever purifies himself.

15. And remembers his Lord's name, and prays.

16. But you prefer this life on earth.

17. But the next life is better and lasts longer.
