In the name of Allah, the Most Kind, the Most Caring.

1. You, wrapped up in your blanket.

2. Stand up and warn people.

3. And say that your Lord is great.

4. Keep your clothes clean.

5. Stay away from bad things.

6. Don't help others just because you want something back.

7. And be patient for your Lord.

8. When the trumpet is blown.

9. That day will be very hard.

10. Not easy at all for those who don't believe.

11. Leave Me alone with the one I created by Myself.

12. I gave him lots of money.

13. And children who are with him.

14. I made life easy and comfortable for him.

15. But he still wants Me to give him more.

16. No! He was stubborn against Our verses.

17. I'll make things very hard for him.

18. He thought and planned.

19. May he be ruined for how he planned!

20. Again, may he be ruined for how he planned!

21. Then he looked around.

22. Then he frowned and scowled.

23. Then he turned away proudly.

24. And said, "This is just magic from long ago.

25. This is only human talk."

26. I'll throw him into Saqar.

27. And what can tell you what Saqar is?

28. It leaves nothing and spares nothing.

29. It scorches people.

30. Over it are nineteen.

31. We made the guards of the Fire angels, and We made their number a test for those who don't believe. This helps those who received the Book to be sure, and it makes the believers' faith stronger. Those who received the Book and the believers won't have doubts. But those with sickness in their hearts and those who don't believe will say, "What does Allah mean by this example?" This is how Allah guides whoever He wants and lets whoever He wants lose their way. No one knows your Lord's armies except Him. This is just a reminder for people.

32. No! By the moon.

33. And by the night when it goes away.

34. And by the morning when it shines brightly.

35. This is one of the greatest things.

36. A warning for people.

37. For anyone who wants to move forward or stay behind.

38. Every person is held by what they did.

39. Except the people of the right.

40. They'll be in beautiful gardens, asking each other.

41. About those who did wrong.

42. "What made you end up in Saqar?"

43. They'll say, "We didn't pray.

44. And we didn't feed the poor.

45. We joined others in doing wrong things.

46. And we didn't believe in the Day of Judgment.

47. Until what is certain came to us."

48. Now, no one's help can save them.

49. Why do they turn away from this reminder?

50. They're like frightened donkeys.

51. Running away from a lion.

52. Each one of them wants to get special pages from Allah.

53. No! The truth is, they're not afraid of the Hereafter.

54. No! This is a reminder.

55. Whoever wants can remember it.

56. But they won't remember unless Allah wants. He should be respected, and He can forgive.
