In the name of Allah, the Most Kind, the Most Caring.

1. Say, "It was revealed to me that a group of jinn listened carefully. They said, 'We heard an amazing Quran.

2. It guides to what is right, so we believed in it. And we'll never worship anyone besides our Lord.

3. How great and high is our Lord! He doesn't have a wife or a child.

4. Our foolish one used to say wrong things about Allah.

5. We thought people and jinn would never tell lies about Allah.

6. Some people used to ask jinn for protection, but this only made things harder for them.

7. And those people thought, just like you did, that Allah wouldn't bring anyone back to life.

8. We tried to reach the sky, but we found it filled with strong guards and shooting stars.

9. Before, we used to sit there and listen secretly. But now, whoever tries to listen finds a shooting star waiting for him.

10. We don't know if something bad is planned for those on Earth, or if their Lord wants something good for them.

11. Some of us are good, and some of us aren't. We follow different paths.

12. We thought we couldn't escape from Allah on Earth, and we couldn't run away from Him.

13. When we heard the guidance, we believed in it. Whoever believes in his Lord won't be afraid of being treated unfairly or badly.

14. Some of us obey Allah, and some of us don't. Those who obey Allah have chosen the right way.

15. But those who do wrong will be firewood for Hell.

16. If they stayed on the right path, We would have given them plenty of water to drink.

17. This is to test them. Whoever turns away from remembering his Lord, Allah will make him go through a very hard punishment.

18. The places of worship belong to Allah, so don't pray to anyone else along with Allah.

19. When Allah's servant stood up to pray to Him, they crowded all around him.

20. Say, "I only pray to my Lord, and I don't worship anyone else besides Him."

21. Say, "I can't protect you from harm or guide you to what's right."

22. Say, "No one can protect me from Allah, and I can't find any safe place without Him.

23. My job is only to deliver Allah's messages." Whoever disobeys Allah and His Messenger will be in Hellfire forever.

24. When they see what they were promised, they'll know who has weaker helpers and fewer friends.

25. Say, "I don't know if what you're promised is close, or if my Lord will make it happen later.

26. He knows everything that's hidden, and He doesn't show His hidden knowledge to anyone.

27. Except to a messenger He chooses. He sends guards to watch over him from in front and behind.

28. So that Allah knows they have delivered their Lord's messages. Allah knows everything they have, and He counts every single thing."
