In the name of Allah, the Most Kind, the Most Caring.

1. Qaf. By the wonderful Quran.

2. But they're surprised that a warner from among them has come to them. So those who don't believe say, "This is something strange!"

3. "When we die and become dust, will we really come back again? That's too hard to believe!"

4. We know exactly what the earth takes away from their bodies. And We have a book that keeps everything safe.

5. But they didn't believe the truth when it came to them. So now they're confused.

6. Didn't they look up at the sky above them? See how We built it, decorated it, and made it without any cracks?

7. And We spread out the earth, placed strong mountains on it, and made all kinds of beautiful plants grow there.

8. All this is to help and remind every person who turns back to Allah.

9. And We sent down blessed rain from the sky, making lovely gardens grow, and grain for harvesting.

10. And tall palm trees, full of delicious dates.

11. As food for people. And with the rain, We bring life back to dry, dead land. That's how people will come back to life too.

12. Long ago, Noah's people, the people of Rass, and Thamud didn't believe either.

13. And neither did Aad, Pharaoh, and Lot's people.

14. Or the people of the forest, or Tubba's people. All of them said the messengers weren't telling the truth, so My warning came true.

15. Did We get tired after creating everything the first time? No! But they're still confused about being created again.

16. We created the human being, and We know exactly what thoughts whisper inside him. And We're closer to him than the vein in his neck.

17. Remember, there are two angels sitting with him — one on his right side, and one on his left.

18. He doesn't say a single word without an angel nearby, ready to write it down.

19. And the moment of death comes with truth. This is what you were trying to avoid.

20. And the trumpet will be blown. That is the Day you were warned about.

21. Every person will come forward, with an angel to guide them and another to witness.

22. You didn't pay attention to this before, but now We've removed your cover, so today your sight is sharp and clear.

23. And the angel beside him will say, "This is what I have ready."

24. "Throw into Hellfire every stubborn person who refused to believe.

25. Who stopped others from doing good, who crossed limits, and who doubted the truth.

26. Who worshiped another god along with Allah. Throw him into the painful punishment."

27. His companion will say, "Our Lord, I didn't make him disobey. He himself was far away from the right path."

28. Allah will say, "Don't argue in front of Me. I already warned you clearly.

29. My words never change, and I am never unfair to My servants."

30. On that Day, We will ask Hellfire, "Are you full?" And it will answer, "Is there any more?"

31. And Paradise will be brought close, not far away, for those who were careful to obey Allah.

32. This is what you were promised — for everyone who always turned back to Allah and protected their faith.

33. Who respected the Most Merciful even when no one was watching, and came with a heart that turns to Allah.

34. "Enter Paradise in peace." That is the Day of living forever.

35. They will have whatever they wish for there, and with Us is even more.

36. How many people before them did We destroy? They were stronger and traveled far and wide through the lands. But was there any escape?

37. In this is a lesson for anyone who has a heart, or who listens carefully and pays attention.

38. We created the heavens and the earth and everything between them in six days, and We never got tired.

39. So be patient with what they say, and praise your Lord before sunrise and before sunset.

40. And during the night, praise Him, and after you finish praying.

41. And listen carefully on the Day when the caller will call out from a place nearby.

42. On the Day they hear the mighty shout — that is the Day everyone will come out.

43. We give life, and We cause death, and everyone will return to Us.

44. On the Day the earth splits open, they will rush out quickly. Gathering them all together is easy for Us.

45. We know best what they say. You're not there to force them. So remind with the Quran whoever fears My warning.
