1. Did We not expand for you your breast?

2. And We removed from you your burden?

3. Which weighed heavily upon your back?

4. And We raised high for you your remembrance?

5. For truly, with hardship comes ease.

6. Truly, with hardship comes ease.

7. So when you have finished, then exert yourself.

8. And to your Lord turn your longing.
