In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

1. Has there come to you the news of the Overwhelming Event?

2. Faces on that Day will be humbled.

3. Laboring, weary.

4. Entering into a scorching Fire.

5. Given drink from a boiling spring.

6. For them there will be no food except from thorny plants.

7. Which neither nourish nor avail against hunger.

8. Faces on that Day will be joyful.

9. Well-pleased with their striving.

10. In a lofty Garden.

11. Wherein they will hear no idle speech.

12. In it is a flowing spring.

13. In it are raised couches.

14. And cups set forth.

15. And cushions arranged in rows.

16. And carpets spread out.

17. Do they not look at the camels — how they are created?

18. And at the sky — how it is raised?

19. And at the mountains — how they are erected?

20. And at the earth — how it is spread out?

21. So remind; you are only a reminder.

22. You are not over them a controller.

23. Except whoever turns away and disbelieves.

24. Then Allah will punish him with the greatest punishment.

25. Certainly, to Us is their return.

26. Then certainly, upon Us is their reckoning.
