In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

1. When the sky is cleft asunder.

2. And when the stars scatter.

3. And when the seas burst forth.

4. And when the graves are overturned.

5. A soul will know what it has sent forth and left behind.

6. O human being, what has deceived you concerning your Generous Lord.

7. Who created you, then fashioned you, then proportioned you.

8. In whatever form He willed, He assembled you.

9. No; rather, you deny the Judgment.

10. And indeed, over you are guardians.

11. Noble, recording.

12. They know whatever you do.

13. Truly, the righteous will be in bliss.

14. And truly, the wicked will be in Hellfire.

15. They will enter it on the Day of Judgment.

16. And never will they be absent from it.

17. And what will make you know what is the Day of Judgment?

18. Then, what will make you know what is the Day of Judgment?

19. The Day when no soul will possess anything for another soul; and the command, that Day, will belong to Allah.
